This section is currently under construction to support the release of PrometheanFX Editor and SDK. Until this is complete, please make use of the following resources for any technical problems you may encounter:
DAM Entertainment Community Forums
The forums are a great place to do a number of different activities including asking general questions, posting software issues & enhancements, general industry discussion, etc. We do require you to create an account to post in order to minimize the amount of spam and keep the forums focused on the information you need.
Before reporting an issue or enhancement, you are encouraged to check the forums to see if the issue in question has already been discussed.
This forum is checked daily (at least) by DAM Entertainment employees so you should get a fairly rapid response to all inquiries.
